2. Services

Taxera Line offers personalized online tax management and optimization services delivered through digital consultations, assessments, and follow-up sessions tailored to your needs.

3. Info Products

We provide digital materials such as guides, templates, and tutorials designed to assist with tax-related tasks. These materials are available for immediate access upon purchase.

4. Goods

Taxera Line may offer physical items, including branded stationery and printed reference materials, which will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is due in full before services are rendered, digital materials are accessed, or goods are shipped. Accepted payment methods will be listed on taxeraline.com.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Requests to cancel a service must be submitted within 2 business days after purchase to qualify for a full reimbursement of the paid amount. After this period, reimbursements are not available due to the commencement of work. However, you may transfer your service booking to another date or assign it to another individual, subject to availability. 6.2 Info Products

If you have not accessed or downloaded your digital materials, you may request a reimbursement within 7 calendar days of purchase. Once access is granted or content is downloaded, no reimbursements are possible. All requests must be made through Contact Us.

6.3 Goods

Physical items are shipped within 5 business days of purchase. You may ship items back within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for items sent back are the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt and inspection of the items shipped back, a reimbursement of the paid amount will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Transfers and Schedule Adjustments

Service bookings may be moved to a different date or reassigned to another individual without additional fees, provided you submit a request at least 3 business days in advance. Transfers submitted less than 3 business days before the scheduled date may incur an adjustment fee.

8. No Reimbursement Services

Certain personalized or one-time consultations are non-reimbursable due to dedicated resource allocation and preparation. These services will be clearly marked as non-reimbursable at the time of purchase.
